摘 要:随着国家石油石化天然气工业标准不断提高,安全、环保管控要求越来越严。为了防止油气管道运行期间出现渗漏、泄漏、起火、爆炸、污染等意外事件发生,输油输气高危管道必须定期做内检测,检测出的问题或缺陷要在规定时间内开挖、验证、修复,保证油气管道在无安全环保隐患情况下正常运行。采用漏磁、几何、DM、高后果区相结合的复合法、现场实验法、比较法,通过智能内检测器(漏磁检测器和几何检测器)对野山至甘泉长93.7 km输油管道进行一次全面内检测,重点做了内检测缺陷(金属损失)自腐蚀速率增长评价。检测数据分析结果表明:外部金属损失23处,修复方式可参考国际管道研究委员会制定的管道修复手册;内部金属损失0处,对6.4 mm壁厚自腐蚀评价,其8年内的内部金属损失修复均为0处。研究结论为:野山至甘泉管道金属损失缺陷较为严重;管道内检测结合外检测、高后果区识别方法的首次采用,使管道完整性管理数据更准确、更完整,可防止管道外层与管道接触处缺陷漏检以及高后果区下缺陷漏修。With the continuous improvement of national petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industry standards, the requirements of safety and environmental protection are more and more stringent. In order to prevent accidental events such as seepage, leakage, fire, explosion, and pollution during the operation of oil and gas pipelines,the high-risk oil and gas pipelines must be regularly tested, the problems or defects detected must be excavated, verified, and repaired within the specified time, so that the oil and gas pipeline can run normally without hidden danger of safety and environmental protection. A comprehensive internal inspection of the 93.7 km crude oil pipeline from Yeshan to Ganquan is conducted using a compound method of magnetic flux leakage, geometry, DM, and high consequence area methods, as well as on-site experimental method, and comparative method,by means of using intelligent internal detectors(magnetic flux leakage detectors and geometric detectors).The emphasis is placed on the evaluation of self-corrosion rate growth of internal inspection defects(metal loss). The analysis of inspection data shows that there are 23 external metal losses,which could be repaired by reference to the pipeline repair manual issued by the International Pipeline Research Commission. There is 0 internal metal loss,and for the evaluation of self-corrosion with a wall thickness of6.4 mm,the repair of internal metal losses within 8 years is 0. The study concludes that the metal loss of the pipeline from Yeshan to Ganquan is relatively serious. The first adoption of pipeline internal inspection combined with external inspection,and high consequence area identification methods makes pipeline integrity management data more accurate and complete,and it can prevent missed inspection of defects at the contact between the outer layer of the pipeline and the pipeline, as well as missed repair of defects in high consequence areas.
