摘  要:国内长输管道的快速建设推动了全自动焊接技术的发展。全自动焊接设备与参数的稳定性对焊层尺寸、焊接合格率影响较大,是全自动焊接技术的管理重点。对全自动焊接参数与焊层厚度进行测量与分析,结果表明:焊接参数的匹配性是影响焊层厚度与稳定性的重要因素。焊接速度与送丝速度两个参数的相对变化情况对熔池内熔化金属量具有较大影响,会导致焊接厚度的变化。通过匹配焊接线能量与单位长度焊接面积,单位焊接体积能量更为稳定,焊丝金属在熔池内与母材金属能够良好熔合,从而保证焊缝质量合格。焊接参数的平稳性有利于焊层厚度更为均匀,实现薄层多道焊。全自动焊接标准化管理为全面开展长输管道全自动焊接的推广应用提供了管理思路。The rapid construction of domestic long-distance pipelines has promoted the development of fully automatic welding technology. The stability of fully automatic welding equipment and parameters highly affect the welding layer size and welding pass rate,which is the focus of the management of fully automatic welding technology. The fully automatic welding parameters and the thickness of the welding layer are measured and analyzed,and the results show that the welding parameter matching is a dominant factor affecting the thickness and stability of the welding layer. The relative variation of welding speed and wire feed speed has a great influence on the metal in the bath, leading to the change of welding thickness. The welding energy per unit volume is more stable by matching the welding line energy with the welding area per unit length. The welding wire metal can fuse well with the base metal in the bath, thus ensuring the quality of the welding seam. The smoothness of the welding parameters is conducive to a more uniform welding layer thickness and the realization of thin-layer multi-pass welding. The standardized management of fully automatic welding provides management ideas for the comprehensive promotion and application of fully automatic welding for long-distance pipelines.
