印度南瓜雄性核不育两用系Se-MA1802生理特性研究

摘  要:植物雄性不育在育种和杂交种子生产具有一定的研究与利用价值。本文利用自主诱变并选择的具有核雄性不育特性的Se-MA1802印度南瓜材料,对两用系雄花花蕾不同时期生理特性进行比较研究。结果表明:不同时期,Se-MA1802中不育株雄花蕾的可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量总体呈上升趋势,过氧化氢酶活性呈先下降后上升的趋势,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性高于可育株;可育株雄性花蕾可溶性蛋白质含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均高于不育株,丙二醛的含量呈下降趋势,过氧化氢酶活性呈下降趋势。不育及可育株光合特性存在差异,两用系植株在春季和秋季光合速率差异显著,可育株春季光合速率高于秋季,不育株则相反。本研究可为印度南瓜雄性不育育种提供参考。Plant male sterility has certain research and utilization value in breeding and hybrid seed production.In this paper,Cucurbita maxima Duch.Se-MA1802 genic male sterile line material was selected by autonomous mutagenesis to study the physiological characteristics of male flower buds of dual-purpose lines in different periods.The results showed that the soluble protein content of male flower buds of Se-MA1802 sterile plant showed a decreasing trend,the malondialdehyde content showed an increasing trend on the whole,the catalase activity decreased first and then increased,and the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase were higher than those of fertile plants in different periods.In different periods,the soluble protein content of male flower buds of fertile strains increased first and then decreased,the contents of soluble sugar and proline were higher than those of sterile strains,the content of malondialdehyde decreased,and the activity of catalase decreased.The photosynthetic characteristics of the sterile and fertile plants were different.The photosynthetic rate of the dual-use plants in spring and autumn was significantly different.The photosynthetic rate of the fertile plants in spring was higher than that in autumn,while the sterile plants were the opposite.This study can provide reference for breeding male sterility of Cucurbita maxima Duch.
