摘  要:提出一种新型的装配式钢箱混凝土组合沉井结构。为研究该沉井结构在水土压力作用下的整体受力性能,依托于大洋泊车地下车库工程,设计了1个足尺试件,对其进行水平加载试验研究,分析当沉井结构下沉至设计标高且未封底板时,在水平荷载作用下的变形和应力分布特点,进而对沉井结构的承载能力和安全性进行评估。试验结果表明:沉井结构在1.1倍水平设计荷载作用下,井壁的最大变形约为井壁长度的1/1 000,各点应力均小于材料屈服强度,沉井具有较大的刚度和较高的承载力;沉井内的撑杆和围檩可有效改善井壁的应力分布,增强沉井结构的整体受力性能;沉井满足安全和使用要求,是一种较为合理的结构形式。A new type of prefabricated concrete-filled steel box composite caisson structure was proposed.In order to study mechanical properties of the caisson structure under the water and soil pressure,a full-scale test structure was designed based on the Dayang Parking underground garage project.A static loading test for the structure was conducted to analyze deformation and stress characteristics of the caisson structure under horizontal loads when it was sunk to the design elevation and the baseplate was not sealed,and then the bearing capacity and safety of the caisson structure was evaluated.The results showed that under the 1.1 times horizontal design load,the maximum deformation of the shaft wall for the caisson structure was about 1/1000 length of the shaft wall,and the stress at each point was less than the yield strength of the material.The caisson structure had great rigidity and the high bearing capacity.The braces and walings of the caisson could effectively improve the stress in the shaft wall and enhance the overall mechanical performances of the caisson structure.The caisson structure was a reasonable structure which could meet the requirements of safety and use.
