长三角地区乡村产业绿色发展路径探析--以“一地六县(市)”省际交汇区为例

摘　　要：省际交汇区是协调区域经济发展的重要区域,长三角地区作为我国区域经济实力最强的地区之一,其省际交汇区的发展在实现区域高质量发展中具有关键作用。运用“截面数据—典型调查—深度访谈”方法,以长三角“一地六县(市)”为研究对象,研究该区域乡村产业绿色发展基础、模式及问题,可以发现并提出发展路径。研究认为,“一地六县(市)”需要形成跨行政区域间共建共享、生态文明与经济社会发展相得益彰的新路径。需要摸清资源“家底”,研判乡村产业生产力布局;加快科技“赋能”,提高乡村绿色农产品供给;促进多元“融合”,探索乡村产业绿色发展新机制。The inter-provincial intersection area is an important area for coordinating regional economic development.Yangtze River Delta region,as one of the regions with the strongest regional economic strength in China,the development of its inter-provincial intersection area plays a key role in achieving regional high-quality development.Using the method of“Cross-Section-Data-Typical-Investigation-In-depth-Interview”,taking“one place,six counties(cities)”,a typical intersection area in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,this paper studies the basis,mode and problems of green development of rural industry in this region,and proposed the development path.Studies suggest that“one place,six counties(cities)”need to establish a new cross-administrative regional development path,for mutually beneficial among co-construction and sharing,eco-civilization,economic and social development.This means to analyze the layout of rural industrial productivity by survey clearly the resource reserves;to improve the supply of rural green agricultural products by speeding up science and technology empowerment;to explore new mechanisms for green development of rural industries by promoting multi-integration of all aspects.
