摘 要:针对目前合成旅装备战斗力评估定量不足的问题,为科学合理地构建评估模型,提出了基于组合灰色-熵权法的评估方法。根据合成旅作战要求和装备特点构建装备战斗力指标体系,基于装备业务部门的统计数据,采用熵权法确定各评估指标的权重,运用灰色白化权函数法进行综合评估。结合3个合成旅的实际场景,对各单位的装备战斗力进行了综合评估实例验证。结果表明,上述评估模型全面客观,可操作性强,具有实际参考价值。In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the combat effectiveness of synthetic brigade equipment,an evaluation method based on combined grey entropy weight method is proposed.Firstly,according to the operational requirements and equipment characteristics of the brigade,the index system of equipment combat effectiveness was constructed.Secondly,the entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Then,the gray whitening weight function method was used for comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the equipment combat effectiveness of three synthetic brigades was verified by examples.The results show that the method is comprehensive,objective and operable.
