摘 要:针对三电平并网逆变器早期参数性退化特征难以提取,传统的基于电压和电流的故障诊断方法存在诊断困难的问题,提出基于键合图(Bond Graph, BG)理论来建立三电平T型逆变器的键合图模型,根据T型三电平逆变器的BG模型推导出了其全局解析冗余关系式(Global Analytical Redundancy RelatIons, GARRs),列出了故障特征矩阵(fault signature matrix, FSM)。通过比较T型逆变器在正常情况下与参数退化情况下的残差信号实现了对逆变器多故障源的参数性故障诊断。最后在20-sim仿真平台上验证了上述方法的有效性。In view of the difficulty of extracting the early parametric fault characteristics of the three-level gridconnected inverter,the traditional fault diagnosis method based on voltage and current has difficulty in diagnosing,and the keying diagram model of the three-level T-type inverter is proposed based on bond Graph(BG),and its global resolution redundancy relationship(Analytical Global Redundancy Inters)is derived according to the BG model of the T-type triple-level inverter,which lists the fault characteristic matrix(fault signature matrix,FSM).Parametric fault diagnosis of the inverter's multiple fault sources is achieved by comparing the residual signal of the T-type inverter under normal conditions with the parameter degradation.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified on the 20-sim simulation platform.
