摘 要:针对CRH3型动车组辅助逆变器故障特征向量与故障类型之间呈现的是非线性联系的特点,提出一种BP和GRNN算法的辅助逆变器故障诊断方法。在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下搭建辅助逆变器仿真模型,对辅助逆变器中IGBT开路故障进行仿真,得到不同故障情况下输出电流波形;采用db3小波对电流输出波形进行分解重构,提取能量值和波形比例系数作为故障诊断的特征向量;采用BP和GRNN神经网络算法进行故障识别,分别建立BP神经网络和GRNN故障诊断模型并完成测试。测试结果可提高辅助逆变器故障诊断的效率及精确度,减少因过度维修导致的成本浪费,为动车组检修降本增效提供帮助。Aiming at the non-linear relationship between the fault feature vector and the fault type of the auxiliary inverter of the CRH3 EMU,a fault diagnosis method of the auxiliary inverter based on the BP and GRNN algorithm is proposed.The simulation model of the auxiliary inverter wa built in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment;The IGBT open circuit fault in the auxiliary inverter was simulated to obtain the output current waveform under different fault conditions;The current output waveform was decomposed and reconstructed using db3 wavelet,and the energy value and waveform proportion coefficient were extracted as the feature vectors of fault diagnosis;BP and GRNN neural network algorithms were used for fault identification,and BP neural network and GRNN fault diagnosis models were established and tested respectively.The test results can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis of the auxiliary inverter,reduce the cost waste caused by over-maintenance,and provide help for the maintenance of EMUs to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
