三转笼涡流空气分级机流场特性与分级性能分析

摘  要:设计了一种底部切向进气的卧式三转笼涡流空气分级机,利用数值模拟和颗粒分级试验进行流场分析与性能评价。模拟结果表明,分级机下部形成偏心竖直旋涡,切向速度在器壁附近较大,提供了颗粒分散、预分级流场;在竖直旋涡和转笼共同作用下,转笼区域流场分布不均匀,转笼叶片间存在惯性反旋涡;随进口气速增加,颗粒预分级流场和转笼区域流场强度均变大,与之匹配的转笼转速也增加,分级流场分布均匀性和对称性改善;转笼转速对流场的控制范围较小,仅对转笼区域流场产生影响。硅粉分级试验结果表明,单一操作参数(转笼转速或进口气速)过大或过小均对颗粒分级效果产生不利影响,试验可获得体积平均径为6.9μm的细组分,分级精度最小值为2.63。A horizontal turbo air classifier with three rotor cages was designed.The flow field and classification performance of the classifier were investigated by the Fluent software and particle classification experiments.The numerical simulation results show that an eccentric vertical vortex forms at the bottom and the maximum tangential velocity appears near the wall.This provides the centrifugal force field for the particle dispersion and preliminary particle classification.Under the combined action of vertical vortex and rotating cage,the flow field at the rotor cage is uneven,and there is an inertial counter-rotating vortex between the rotor cage blades.With the increase of the inlet air velocity,the intensity of the flow field in the most areas increases,and the corresponding rotor cage speed has to increases.Moreover,the uniformity and symmetry of the flow field is improved.As a contrast,the rotor cage only dominates at the passages between the rotor cage blades.The particle classification experimental results show that too large or too small rotor cage speed(or inlet air velocity)will have negative effect on the particle classification performance.The obtained fine fraction has the average volume diameter of 6.9μm and the minimum classification accuracy index of the classifier is 2.63.
