摘 要:针对斜拉桥主塔索道管定位时间长、精度低的问题,在清溪口大桥工程中,将传统的定位测量调整为放样定位,直接放样索道管固定点,再定位中心点;同时采用“三点定位法”进行索道管定位,将固定点、上下中心点同时放样出来,再进行中心点对正,施工中减少了校正次数。施工结果表明,该方法不仅大大提高了索道管的放样精度,也显著提高了施工效率。Focusing on long time and low accuracy in the positioning of the cableway pipe of the main tower of the cablestayed bridge,the paper uses the Qingxikou Bridge Project as example,adjusts the traditional positioning survey to lofting positioning through technical innovation,positioning is to set out the fixed points of the stay-cable tube directly,and then locate the center point.At the same time,the"three-point positioning method"is innovatively used to locate the stay-cable tube,the fixed point,upper and lower center points are set out at the same time,and then the center point is aligned,which reduces the number of corrections during construction.The construction results show that:it not only greatly improves the lofting accuracy of the cableway pipe,but also significantly improves the construction efficiency.
