摘 要:目的 探讨茵陈蒿汤加味内服兼自拟中药洗浴联合蓝光照射对新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗效果。方法 将江苏省盱眙县中医院2019年8月-2021年7月收治的190例新生儿高胆红素血症病儿随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(90例),对照组患儿采用蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用茵陈蒿汤加味内服兼自拟中药洗浴联合蓝光照射治疗,比较两组临床疗效,黄疸消退时间,发热、皮疹、腹泻不良反应发生情况和黄疸复发情况。结果 两组治疗总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组较对照组黄疸消退时间缩短(P<0.05),发热、皮疹不良反应发生率降低(P<0.05),腹泻发生率差异不显著(P>0.05),黄疸复发率降低(P<0.05)。结论 加味茵陈蒿汤内服兼中药洗浴联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症,效果优于单纯蓝光照射治疗。Objective To explore curative effect of modified oriental wormwood decoction combined with self-designed traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with blue light irradiation on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods The paper chose 190 cases neonatal hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu from August 2019 to July 2021,and divided them into observation group(100 cases)and control group(90 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with blue light irradiation,while observation group with modified oriental wormwood decoction and self-made traditional Chinese medicine bathing combined with blue light irradiation.Clinical effect,jaundice regression time,fever,rash Incidence of adverse reactions to diarrhea and recurrence of jaundice was compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05).Observation group had shorter time for jaundice to subside(P<0.05),lower incidence of fever and rash adverse reactions,(P<0.05),no significant difference in incidence of diarrhea(P>0.05),and lower recurrence rate of jaundice than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified oriental wormwood decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bathing combined with blue light irradiation can achieve better treatment effect for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia than pure blue light irradiation.
