益脾祛湿理肠汤治疗大肠湿热证溃疡性结肠炎效果及对肠黏膜屏障功能、血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨益脾祛湿理肠汤治疗大肠湿热证溃疡性结肠炎效果,以及对肠黏膜屏障功能与IL-17、IL-23指标水平的影响。方法 研究对象60例为大肠湿热证溃疡性结肠炎患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为A(n=30)、B(n=30)两组,分别给予常规西药治疗及联合益脾祛湿理肠汤治疗,并进行治疗效果的组间对照分析。结果 B组较A组治疗总有效率更高,中医症候积分、腹泻与血便症状消失时间、BT、D-LA、DAO、IL-17、IL-23指标水平均更低,对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益脾祛湿理肠汤可有效改善大肠湿热证溃疡性结肠炎患者血清炎性因子指标水平,恢复肠黏膜屏障功能,并加快临床症状表现消失速度,同时积极影响疾病预后水平,具备较高临床应用推广价值。Objective To explore effect of benefiting spleen,dispelling dampness and regulating intestines decoction on ulcerative colitis of large intestine damp-heat syndrome,and influence on intestinal mucosal barrier function and IL-17,IL-23 levels.Methods The paper chose 60 ulcerative colitis patients of large intestine damp-heat syndrome type,and divided them into A(n=30)and B(n=30)groups randomly by computer after admission,treated with routine western medicine and combined with benefiting spleen,dispelling dampness and regulating intestines decoction respectively.Inter group control analysis of treatment effect was conducted.Results Total effective rate in group B was higher than group A,with lower TCM symptom scores,diarrhea and bloody stool symptom disappearance time,BT,D-LA,DAO,IL-17,and IL-23 levels,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefiting spleen,dispelling dampness and regulating intestines decoction can improve level of serum inflammatory factors of ulcerative colitis patients of large intestine damp-heat syndrome,restore intestinal mucosal barrier function effectively,accelerate disappearance of clinical symptoms,and affect prognosis of the disease positively,which has high clinical application and promotion value.
