阿维A、复方甘草酸苷联合UVB治疗副银屑病临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨副银屑病患者通过实施阿维A、复方甘草酸苷、UVB联合方案治疗的临床效果与价值。方法 研究确立时间于2016年1月-2021年3月,研究所选目标为我疾控中心皮肤科收诊治疗副银屑病患者51例,随机分组,对照组实施氯雷他定联合UVB治疗,治疗组采取阿维A、复方甘草酸苷、UVB联合治疗,观察比较治疗效果,评估各组患者治疗前后症状变化,统计不良反应发生总概率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),同时治疗后观察组患者红斑、丘疹、鳞屑等症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 副银屑病患者通过采取阿维A、复方甘草酸苷、UVB三者运用于疾病治疗工作中,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore clinical effect and value of combined therapy with acitretin,compound glycyrrhizin,and UVB for parapsoriasis patients.Methods The study was established from January 2016 to March 2021,chose 51 patients with parapsoriasis in Dermatology Department of our disease control and prevention center,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with loratadine combined with UVB,treatment group with combination therapy of acitretin,compound glycyrrhizin,and UVB.Curative effect was observed and compared,symptoms changes of each group before and after treatment were evaluated,total adverse reactions incidence was calculated.Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total adverse reactions incidence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acitretin,compound glycyrrhizin,and UVB can achieve significant effect in treatment of parapsoriasis patients,with no increase of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promoton.
