摘　　要：芋螺毒素是由热带海洋软体动物芋螺分泌的一类用于麻醉猎物的神经毒素肽,是当今国际生物药物研究的热点,被誉为海洋药物宝库,已跃居动物神经毒素研究的首位。芋螺毒素具有结构新颖,多样性高,活性强,选择性好等优势,可以选择性地靶向不同亚型的离子通道受体,在镇痛、戒烟戒毒、治疗帕金森病等神经性疾病方面具有极好的应用前景。本研究旨在探讨芋螺毒素通过调节钠离子通道介导疼痛的情况。Conotoxin is a class of neurotoxin peptides secreted by tropical marine molluscs to anesthetize prey,which is current focus of international biopharmaceutical research,known as treasure trove of marine drugs,and have been forefront of animal neurotoxins research.Conotoxin has advantages of novel structure,high diversity,strong activity,and good selectivity,which can selectively target ion channel receptors of different subtypes,has excellent application prospects in analgesia,smoking cessation,detoxification,and treatment of neurological diseases including Parkinson's disease.The paper aims to investigate conditions of conotoxin in mediating pains by regulating sodium channels.
