摘 要:目的 研究分析近红外线乳腺扫描对乳腺疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 选择2022年3-6月在我院治疗的乳腺疾病患者900例为研究对象,按照扫描方式不同分成3组,组别为甲组、乙组、丙组,每组患者300例。甲组患者应用钼靶X线扫描诊断,乙组患者应用高频B超扫描诊断,丙组患者应用近红外线扫描诊断,对3组诊断准确率进行统计比较。结果 甲组诊断准确率为83.33%(250/300),乙组诊断准确率为86.67%(260/300),丙组诊断准确率为81.00%(243/300),组间比较差异不具显著性(P>0.05)。结论 在乳腺疾病诊断中,近红外线扫描诊断结果与钼靶X线扫描、高频B超扫描相当,各具优劣势,可结合患者的实际情况,选择恰当的诊断方式。Objective To study and analyze clinical diagnostic value of near-infrared breast scanning for breast diseases.Methods The paper chose 900 patients with breast diseases treated in our hospital from March 2022 to June 2022 as research objects,and divided them into three groups according to different scanning methods,namely Group A,Group B,and Group C,with 300 cases in each group.Group A was diagnosed using molybdenum target X-ray scanning,Group B with highfrequency B-ultrasound scanning,and Group C with near-infrared scanning.Diagnostic accuracy of three groups was statistically compared.Results Diagnostic accuracy of Group A was 83.33%(250/300),that of Group B was 86.67%(260/300),that of Group C was 81.00%(243/300).There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In diagnosis of breast diseases,results of near-infrared scanning are comparable to molybdenum target X-ray scanning and high-frequency B-ultrasound scanning,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.The appropriate diagnostic method can be selected based on actual situation of patients.
