摘 要:目的 探讨螺旋CT在肺结节诊断中的应用,使之可作为临床诊断的参考。方法 选择本院2017年1月-2021年12月78例肺结节患者进行螺旋CT与非螺旋CT、常规剂量CT和低剂量CT的对比分析。结果 肺结节行常规螺旋CT检查的优秀率为98.7%,与非螺旋CT的88.5%相比有明显提高。对不同剂量的CT成像进行定性检测,发现两者之间没有明显的差别;螺旋CT检查的确诊率为97.4%,而病理学检查结果准确率为100.0%。CT检查与病理检查无显著性差异(P>0.05)。影像表现出的低剂量螺旋CT的清晰程度比常规CT要差,这会给细节的定性带来一定的难度。临床使用CT螺旋扫描较非螺旋扫描对肺结节的判定优秀率存在显著优势。同时,在肺结节的诊断方面,低剂量与常规剂量等不同剂量所得图像对结果判定并无直接影响,故扫描时可优选低剂量降低管电流进行分析。结论 螺旋CT对肺结节的诊断与病理诊断相符,表明螺旋CT对肺结节的诊断有较高的实用价值,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore application of spiral CT in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,so that it can serve as reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods The paper chose CT data of 78 patients with pulmonary nodules in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 for comparative analysis between spiral CT and non spiral CT,routine dose CT,and low-dose CT.Results Excellent rate of regular spiral CT examination for pulmonary nodules was 98.7%,significantly better than 88.5%of non spiral CT examination.Qualitative testing of CT imaging at different doses revealed no significant difference between them,diagnostic rate of spiral CT examination was 97.4%,accuracy rate of pathological examination results was 100.0%.There was no significant difference between CT examination and pathological examination(P>0.05).However,clarity of low-dose spiral CT images was less than traditional CT,which caused some certain difficulties to qualitative analysis of details.Conclusion Clinical application of CT spiral scanning can achieve more significant advantages in determining excellent rate of pulmonary nodules than non spiral scanning.At the same time,in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,images obtained at different doses including low dose and routine dose have no direct effect.Therefore,low dose reduction of tube current can be preferred for analysis during scanning.Spiral CT is consistent with pathological diagnosis in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,indicating that spiral CT has high practical value in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,which is worthy of further promotion.
