摘  要:目的 研究脉冲磁疗联合体外冲击波治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法 选择2020年6月-2021年6月到本院治疗肩袖损伤患者共108例作为观察对象,按照不同的治疗方式,随机分为实验和对照两组,分析两组疗效。结果 实验组肩关节功能优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,两组血清炎症因子(PGE2、5HT)、UCLA、CMS评分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,实验组血清炎症因子(PGE2、5HT)低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗4周后、8周后,实验组UCLA、CMS评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组并发症发生率2/54(3.70%)低于对照组8/54(14.81%),P<0.05;实验组生活质量高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 运用脉冲磁疗+体外冲击波干预肩袖损伤患者,效果显著,安全性高,可运用。Objective To study curaitve effect of pulse magnetic therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy for rotator cuff injury.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with rotator cuff injury in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 as observation objects,and divided them into experimental and control group randomly according to different treatment methods.Curative effect between two groups were analyzed.Results shoulder joint function of experimental group was better than control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,comparison of serum inflammatory factors(PGE2,5HT),UCLA,and CMS scores between two groups showed P>0.05.After treatment,serum inflammatory factors(PGE2,5HT)in experimental group were lower than control group,P<0.05.After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,UCLA and CMS scores in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was 2/54(3.70%),lower than control group 8/54(14.81%),P<0.05.Life quality in experimental group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Pulse magnetic therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave intervention can achieve significant effect for patients with rotator cuff injury with high safety,which can be applied.
