摘　　要：目的 为喷雾型鼻腔过敏原阻隔剂治疗兔变应性鼻炎提供客观的组织学证据。方法 采用卵清蛋白(OVA)建立兔变应性鼻炎的动物模型,取30只符合变应性鼻炎动物模型的兔,随机分成实验组、药物治疗组、对照组、空白对照组,实验组用鼻腔过敏原阻隔剂喷鼻腔,药物治疗组使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂喷鼻及氯雷他定灌胃,两组继续OVA雾化吸入,对照组则单纯用OVA雾化吸入,空白对照组使用生理盐水雾化吸入,4周后,通过动物的行为学总分评价、外周血清总IgE水平、鼻腔黏膜HE染色病理切片、鼻腔黏膜纤毛电镜扫描进行观察比较。结果 实验组行为记分明显降低,外周血清总IgE水平降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组及药物治疗组的鼻黏膜HE染色病理切片及黏膜纤毛电镜扫描结果均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 喷雾型鼻腔过敏原阻隔剂对兔变应性鼻具有较好的治疗作用,能改善兔变应性鼻炎鼻腔纤毛形态结构。Objective To provide objective histological evidence for treatment of allergic rhinitis with spray nasal allergen blocker.Methods The paper establishes an animal model of allergic rhinitis in rabbits with ovalbumin(OVA),and chose 30 rabbits and divided them into experimental group,drug treatment group,control group,and blank control group randomly.Experimental group was sprayed with nasal allergen blocker,drug treatment group was treated with nasal spray of mometasone furoate and loratadine by gavage,inhale OVA atomization was continued for two groups,experimental control group was inhaled with OVA atomization only,blank control group was inhaled with normal saline atomization.After 4 weeks,evaluation of total scores of anima l behavior,level of total IgE in peripheral serum,pathological section of HE staining of nasal mucosa,and electronic microscope scanning of cilia of nasal mucosa were observed and compared.Results Behavior scores of experimental group were significantly decreased,total IgE level in peripheral blood serum was significantly decreased,with statistical significance.HE staining pathological sections of nasal mucosa and electron microscopic scanning of mucosal cilia in experimental group and drug treatment group were significantly improved.Conclusion Spray nasal allergen blocker can achieve good curative effect on rabbit allergic nose,improve and restore morphological structure of nasal cili a of rabbit allergic rhinitis.
