摘 要:目的 研究分析椎体骨质疏松性骨折女性的骨密度和血尿酸的相关性。方法 选择2016年1月-2018年1月在本院接受治疗的椎体骨质疏松性骨折女性患者65例进行研究,详细了解患者年龄、体质指数等一般资料,并检测患者股骨颈骨密度、全髋骨密度、腰1~4骨密度、血尿酸水平,之后采用Pearson相关性分析检验骨密度、年龄、体质指数、血尿酸水平之间的相关性。结果 股骨颈骨密度、全髋骨密度以及腰1~4骨密度都与年龄呈负相关,与体质指数、血尿酸水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 椎体骨质疏松性骨折女性不同部位骨密度与血尿酸水平呈正相关,这有助于维持骨量,预防骨质疏松与低骨量,值得临床进行深入研究与借鉴。Objective To study and analyze correlation between bone density and blood uric acid of women with vertebral osteoporotic fractures.Methods The paper chose 65 female patients with vertebral osteoporotic fracture treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 for study,and studied general information including age,body mass index of patients in detail,measured bone mineral density of femur neck,bone mineral density of whole hip,bone mineral density of lumbar 1-4,and blood uric acid level of patients,and examined correlation between bone mineral density,age,body mass index,and blood uric acid level with pearson correlation analysis.Results BMD of femur neck,total hip and L4 was negatively correlated with age,and positively correlated with body mass index and blood uric acid level(P<0.05).Conclusion There is positive correlation between bone density and blood uric acid levels in different parts of women with vertebral osteoporotic fracture,which is helpful to maintain bone mass,prevent osteoporosis and low bone mass,and worthy of in-depth clinical research and reference.
