多学科护理在急危重症患者中的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的 评估多学科护理方案在急危重症患者实施护理中的干预效果。方法 2020年3月-2022年2月来本院就诊的80例急危重症患者为对象,依据病例纳入时间顺序将患者均分成对照组和实验组,每组各40例,一般护理方案用于对照组,多学科护理模式用于实验组,比较组间护理效果。结果 组间临床护理效果比较,实验组的生活质量评分较对照组高,心理状态评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间并发症情况比较,实验组发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间临床有效率比较,实验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急危重症患者的临床护理工作中,采取多学科护理模式能够改善患者心理状态,促进临床疗效,降低并发症发生可能性,进而提升其日常生活质量。Objective To evaluate intervention effect of multidisciplinary nursing scheme in nursing of critically ill patients.Methods The paper chose 80 critically ill patients in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group based on chronological order of case inclusion,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with general nursing scheme,while experimental group with multidisciplinary nursing model.Nursing effect between the groups was compared.Results Clinical nursing effect comparison between groups showed,life quality scores of experimental group were higher than control group,psychological state scores were lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of complications between groups showed,complications incidence in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of clinical effect rates between groups showed,experimental group had significantly higher effect rates than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing of critically ill patients,multidisciplinary nursing model can improve psychological state,promote clinical effect,reduce complications incidence,and thereby improve daily life quality of patients.
