探讨舒适护理干预在心脏声学造影中的护理效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨心脏声学造影的舒适护理干预及效果分析。方法 选取本院2016年6月-2021年12月进行心脏声学造影的224例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均为112例,其中观察组采用舒适护理干预,对照组采用心脏声学造影中的常规护理。比较两组患者心脏声学造影不良反应情况以及患者的满意度、焦虑度、配合度等情况。结果 观察组心脏声学造影不良反应率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在护理满意度、护理配合度、焦虑程度上显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患者较好地掌握心脏声学造影检查和疾病的相关知识,使患者在心脏声学造影检查过程中保持良好的心理状态,消除焦虑,能准确的配合医生进行检查,可以有效减少不良反应发生。Objective To explore echocardiography's comfort nursing intervention and effect analysis.Methods 224 patients who received echocardiography in our department from June 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 112 cases in each group,The control group and the observation group were given routine cardiac contrast-enhanced nursing and comfort nursing intervention.The adverse reactions to echocardiography and the patients'satisfaction,anxiety and cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was,which was significantly lower than of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction,nursing cooperation and anxiety of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients can maintain a good psychological state during echocardiography,eliminate anxiety,and accurately cooperate with doctors during the examination,effectively reducing adverse reactions.
