摘 要:目的 对机采血小板采集前与采集后不同时间点的血常规指标进行比较,分析安全有效的采集间隔时间。方法 在本单位进行自愿献血的人员中招募260例志愿者参与本次的研究,选取时间段在2019年10月-2021年3月。对入选的志愿者,检测在机采血小板采集前的当天、采集后10min、3d、7d、14d的血常规指标(红细胞计数、白细胞计数、红细胞压积、血小板计数、血红蛋白)水平,并进行比较。结果 采集后10min与采集前比较,志愿者的红细胞计数、白细胞计数、红细胞压积、血小板计数、血红蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.05);在采集后3d、7d,红细胞计数、白细胞计数、红细胞压积、血小板计数、血红蛋白均呈逐渐上升趋势,在采集后7d、14d,上述血常规指标均稳定于恢复采集前水平,采集后7d、14d的血常规指标分别与采集前当天进行数据比较不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 机采血小板采集后,献血者体内的血常规指标水平会有所降低,在采集后7d能够恢复正常的血常规指标水平,为了确保机采血小板的质量以及献血人员的健康与安全,机采血小板的采集间隔时间至少为7d。Objective To compare the blood routine indexes at different time points before and after platelet collection,and analyze the safe and effective collection interval.Methods 260 volunteers were recruited from our voluntary blood donors to participate in this study,and the selected time period was from October 2019 to March 2021.For the selected volunteers,the blood routine indexes(red blood cell count,white blood cell count,hematocrit,platelet count,hemoglobin)on the day before and 10 minutes,3 days,7 days and 14 days after platelet collection were detected and compared.Results compared with that before collection,the red blood cell count,white blood cell count,hematocrit,platelet count and hemoglobin level of volunteers decreased significantly 10 minutes after collection(P<0.05);At 3D and 7d after collection,the red blood cell count,white blood cell count,hematocrit,platelet count and hemoglobin showed a gradual upward trend.At 7d and 14d after collection,the above blood routine indicators were stable at the level before collection.There was no significant difference between the blood routine indicators at 7d and 14d after collection and the data on the day before collection(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood routine index level of blood donors will be reduced after the collection of machine collected platelets,and the normal blood routine index level can be restored 7 days after the collection.In order to ensure the quality of machine collected platelets and the health and safety of blood donors,the collection interval of machine collected platelets is at least 7 days.
