摘　　要：目的 探讨便携式睡眠监测仪(PMDs)诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的价值。方法 按照随机数字表法将本院2018年3月-2022年2月就诊的126例可疑OSAHS患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组63例采用标准多导睡眠监测仪(PSG)监测睡眠情况,观察组63例采用PMDs监测睡眠情况,观察两组监测结果、睡眠监测情况、诊断效能以及患者满意度。结果 观察组监测成功率(93.65%)高于对照组(80.95%)(P<0.05);两组AHI、MSaO_(2)、LSaO_(2)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PMDs检查的灵敏度为(98.14%),特异度为80.00%、准确率为96.61%,PMDs检查和PSG检查一致性较好,Kappa值0.781;观察组患者满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。结论 PMDs监测应用于OSAHS疾病诊断中的诊断效能较好,与PSG监测得到睡眠参数无差异,且有助于提高睡眠监测成功率,增加患者满意度。Objective To explore the value of portable sleep monitors(PMDS)in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods According to the random number table method,126 patients with suspected OSAHS in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2022 were divided into observation group and control group.63 patients in the control group were monitored by standard polysomnography(PSG),and 63 patients in the observation group were monitored by PMDS.The monitoring results,sleep monitoring,diagnostic efficacy and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of monitoring in the observation group(93.65%)was higher than that in the control group(80.95%)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in AHI,MSaO_(2) and LSaO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity of PMDS was(98.14%),the specificity was 80.00%,and the accuracy was 96.61%.The consistency between PMDS and PSG was good,and the kappa value was 0.781;The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of PMDS monitoring in the diagnosis of OSAHS disease is good,and there is no difference in sleep parameters between PMDS monitoring and PSG monitoring,and it is helpful to improve the success rate of sleep monitoring and increase patient satisfaction.
