摘　　要：目的 分析胎儿纤维连接蛋白和宫颈形态学参数指导下早产治疗效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2022年6月在本院治疗的先兆早产孕妇143例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=73)和对照组(n=70),对照组根据胎儿纤维连接蛋白检测结果指导临床治疗,观察组根据胎儿纤维连接蛋白和宫颈形态学参数指导临床治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果 观察组的孕周延长时间、产后出血量、新生儿出生体质量、出生后5min阿氏评分(Apgar)优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组宫颈形态学参数相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 胎儿纤维连接蛋白和宫颈形态学参数指导下早产治疗效果更佳,值得在今后临床治疗工作中推广使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of preterm delivery under the guidance of fetal fibronectin and cervical morphology parameters.Methods A total of 143 pregnant women with threatened preterm labor who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=73)and a control group(n=70)by random number table method.Connexin detection results guide clinical treatment,observation group guides clinical treatment according to fetal fibronectin and cervical morphological parameters,and compares the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The prolonged gestational age,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal birth weight,and Apgar score 5 minutes after birth in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in cervical morphological parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The fetal fibronectin and cervical morphology parameters under the guidance of preterm labor is more effective,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment in the future.
