药物涂层球囊对冠状动脉支架再狭窄介入治疗患者疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 针对冠状动脉支架再狭窄患者应用药物涂层球囊开展介入治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取本院在2019年4月-2021年6月收治的88例冠状动脉支架再狭窄患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组患者给予药物洗脱支架治疗,研究组患者给予药物涂层球囊治疗,比较两组患者靶病变管腔狭窄率、靶病变管腔直径、不良事件以及冠状动脉支架再狭窄发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组患者靶病变管腔狭窄率和靶病变管腔直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后即刻以及术后半年,研究组患者靶病变管腔狭窄率均低于对照组,靶病变管腔直径均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者心血管不良事件产生率为4.55%,明显高于对照组的20.45%(P<0.05)。研究组患者冠状动脉支架再狭窄发生率为2.27%,明显低于对照组的15.91%(P<0.05)。结论 冠状动脉支架再狭窄患者给予药物涂层球囊治疗,可以显著改善临床疗效,降低不良事件和冠状动脉支架再狭窄发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of interventional therapy with drug coated balloon in patients with coronary stent restenosis.Methods 88 patients with coronary stent restenosis treated in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drug-eluting stents and patients in the study group were treated with drug-eluting balloons.The stenosis rate,diameter,adverse events and restenosis of coronary stents in the target lesions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the stenosis rate and diameter of the target lesion between the two groups(P>0.05);Immediately after operation and half a year after operation,the stenosis rate of the target lesion lumen in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the diameter of the target lesion lumen was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group was 4.55%,significantly higher than 20.45%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of coronary stent restenosis in the study group was 2.27%,significantly lower than 15.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug coated balloon therapy in patients with coronary stent restenosis can significantly improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse events and coronary stent restenosis.
