微波热疗联合耳内镜下外耳道清理治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析微波热疗联合耳内镜下外耳道清理治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的疗效。方法 将2021年7月-2022年6月本院收治的100例霉菌性外耳道炎患者分为观察组(50例,采用微波热疗联合耳内镜下外耳道清理治疗)和对照组(50例,单纯采用耳内镜下外耳道清理治疗),对比两组总体疗效、临床症状积分(外耳道不适、外耳道阻塞、外耳道胀痛、听觉障碍)改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组霉菌性外耳道炎治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),外耳道不适、外耳道阻塞、外耳道胀痛、听觉障碍等临床症状积分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组霉菌性外耳道炎患者不良反应发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论微波热疗联合耳内镜下外耳道清理治疗霉菌性外耳道炎具有良好的疗效,能有效促进患者外耳道不适、外耳道阻塞、外耳道胀痛、听觉障碍等各项症状改善,提升霉菌性外耳道炎的总体治疗效果,且不会明显增加不良反应,是一种安全高效的治疗方式。Objective To analyze the efficacy of microwave hyperthermia combined with external ear canal cleaning under ear endoscope in the treatment of mycotic external otitis.Methods 100 cases of mycotic external otitis in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were divided into observation group(50 cases were treated with microwave hyperthermia combined with endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning)and control group(50 cases were treated with endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning).The overall efficacy,clinical symptom score(external auditory canal discomfort,external auditory canal obstruction,external auditory canal pain,auditory disturbance)improvement and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of the scores of clinical symptoms such as external auditory canal discomfort,external auditory canal obstruction,external auditory canal pain and hearing impairment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients with mycotic external otitis(P>0.05).Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia combined with endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning in the treatment of mycotic external otitis has a good effect,can effectively promote the improvement of external auditory canal discomfort,external auditory canal obstruction,external auditory canal pain,hearing disorders and other symptoms,improve the overall therapeutic effect of mycotic external otitis,and will not significantly increase adverse reactions,is a safe and efficient treatment.
