摘  要:目的 研究讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持(ESPCS)模式在非小细胞型肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法 按照随机数字表法将2019年8月-2021年10月于广东药科大学附属第一医院接受化疗治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者60例分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施ESPCS模式护理干预。比较两组患者干预前及干预后自我管理能力、生存质量及并发症情况。结果 干预后两组CPPSM评分、FACT-L评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ESPCS模式在非小细胞型肺癌患者中应用,利于提高患者自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率,改善生存质量。Objective To study the application effect of explanation simulation practice communication support(ESPCS)model in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from August 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing was implemented in the control group,and ESPCS nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the CPSM score and FACT-L score of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ESPCS model in patients with non-small cell lung cancer is conducive to improve patients'self-management ability,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
