摘　　要：目的 分析小儿皮试结果的影响因素以及综合护理干预的价值。方法 研究对象为本院在2019年3月-2020年3月收治的100例需要进行抗生素皮试的患儿,将其列为对照组,安排进行常规护理,记录其皮试结果,同时对其影响皮试结果的相关因素进行分析。选择同时期收治的另外100例需要进行抗生素皮试的患儿作为观察组,对其开展综合护理,比较两组患儿皮试结果假阳性率差异。结果 年龄、家族过敏史、皮试依从性以及皮肤消毒剂是影响小儿皮试结果的单因素(P<0.05)。以年龄、家族过敏史、皮试依从性以及皮肤消毒剂作为自变量纳入多因素logistic回归分析中,结果显示影响小儿皮试结果的独立危险因素为年龄、皮试依从性以及皮肤消毒剂(P<0.05)。对照组小儿皮试结果假阳性率显著高于观察组,组间数据差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 年龄、小儿皮试依从性以及皮肤消毒剂是影响其皮试结果的独立危险因素,开展综合护理可以进一步降低皮试结果假阳性的发生概率。Objective Analyze the influencing factors of pediatric skin test results and the value of comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods The research object was 100 children who needed antibiotic skin test admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.They were included as a control group,routine care was arranged,and the skin test results were recorded.At the same time,the relevant factors affecting the skin test results are analyzed.Another 100 children who were admitted at the same time who needed antibiotic skin test were selected as the observation group,and comprehensive care was carried out on them.The difference in false positive rate of skin test results between the two groups was compared.Results Age,family history of allergies,skin test compliance,and skin disinfectants are the single factors that affect the results of skin test in children(P<0.05).Taking age,family history of allergies,skin test compliance,and skin disinfectant as independent variables into the multivariate logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the independent risk factors affecting the results of children's skin test were age,skin test compliance and skin disinfectant(P<0.05).The false-positive rate of skin test results in children in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,compliance with skin test in children and skin disinfectants are independent risk factors that affect the results of skin test.Comprehensive care can further reduce the probability of false positive skin test results.
