疼痛全程护理干预在小儿扁桃体炎中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨疼痛全程护理干预在小儿扁桃体炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1~6月本院收治的700例小儿扁桃体炎患者,采用随机分组法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组350例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用疼痛全程护理干预,对比咽部疼痛评分、护理效果、护理依从性、不良反应发生率与护理满意度。结果 观察组咽部疼痛评分低于对照组;观察组疼痛消失时间、发热消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组;观察组护理依从性高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 疼痛全程护理干预在小儿扁桃体炎护理中应用,取得了理想的效果,可有效减轻患儿的疼痛程度,缩短症状改善时间与住院时间,具有较高的安全性,还能提高护理整体满意度。Objective To explore effect of whole-process nursing intervention on pain of tonsillitis children.Methods The paper chose 700 cases tonsillitis children admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 350 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group was treated with whole-process nursing intervention for pain.Scores of pharyngeal pain,nursing effectiveness,nursing compliance,adverse reactions incidence,and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Pharyngeal pain score in observation group were lower than control group;time of pain disappearance,fever disappearance,and length of stay in observation group was shorter than control group;nursing compliance in observation group was higher than control group;adverse reactions incidence in observation group was lower than control group;nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-process pain nursing intervention can achieve ideal results,alleviate pain degree of tonsillitis children effectively,shorten symptom improvement time and length of stay,and improve overall nursing satisfaction degree with high safety.
