摘　　要：目的 研究叙事护理干预在监管场所对糖尿病患者血糖指标和护理依从性的改善价值。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年12月本院就诊的监管场所糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,通过数字表随机法分组,每组50例,常规组采用常规护理,叙事组采用叙事护理。收集并分析患者的血糖值、心理状态、生活质量、护理依从度、不良反应情况等数据。结果 护理后叙事组血糖值低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后叙事组心理状态评分低于常规组(P<0.05);叙事组生活质量数据高于常规组(P<0.05);叙事组护理依从度高于常规组(P<0.05);叙事组不良反应例数低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对监管场所糖尿病患者进行护理时,采用叙事护理能够更好的帮助患者控制血糖,改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的依从性,降低患者出现不良反应的风险,建议在实际的护理工作中借鉴。Objective To study improvement value of narrative nursing intervention on blood glucose index and nursing compliance of diabetes patients at monitoring sites.Methods The paper collected data of 100 cases diabetes patients diagnosed and treated at monitoring sites in our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into groups randomly with digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine nursing,while narrative group with narrative nursing.Blood glucose values,psychological status,life quality,nursing compliance,and adverse reactions data of patients were collected and analyzed.Results After nursing,blood glucose level in narrative group was lower than routine group(P<0.05);psychological state scores of narrative group after nursing were lower than routine group(P<0.05);life quality data in narrative group were higher than routine group(P<0.05);nursing compliance in narrative group was higher than routine group(P<0.05);number of adverse reactions in narrative group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing can control blood sugar of patients better,improve psychological status and life quality,nursing compliance,and reduce adverse reactions risks during nursing at monitoring sites.It is suggested to apply it in actual nursing work for reference.
