摘　　要：回归初心:金融的第一性是服务实体经济的功能性必须纠正产业性和功能性倒置的现状哲学上有个重要的范畴,即第一性第二性原理:第一性是根源、基础,具有先在性;第二性是派生、衍生,具有后发性。金融具有功能性和产业性(营利性)双重特性:一是金融起源是经济发展之需要,服务实体经济和社会发展是金融的功能性。The 20th CPC National Congress put forward the central task of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.As financial service is an important force in the modern economy,we must figure out its mission and responsibility and make innovation to financial theory basing on practices of Chinese-style modernization.Returning to the original aspiration and promoting finance for good is the basis of socialist financial innovation and the basic principle that must be adhered to in financial work.
