苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性肾脏病患者,按数字奇偶法随机分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评估临床疗效、蛋白尿、肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)]及疾病进展情况。结果:研究组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月后,2组24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),并呈下降趋势(P<0.05),且研究组相同时间点24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SCr、BUN水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组上述2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疾病进展率为20.00%,对照组为47.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病患者能有效提高临床疗效,减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能,延缓病情进展。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Congrong Yishen Granules combined with Valsartan Capsules on chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by number parity method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Valsartan Capsules,and the study group was additionally treated with Congrong Yishen Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month as a course.The clinical effects and the levels of albuminuria,kidney function indexes,including serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and disease progression were evaluated after three courses of treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the study group and 75.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After one,two and three months of treatment,the levels of 24-hour urinary protein in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and showed a downward trend(P<0.05);the level of 24-hour urinary protein in the study group was lower than that in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).After treatment,the SCr and BUN levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease progression rate was 20.00%in the study group and 47.50% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Congrong Yishen Granules combined with Valsartan Capsules can effectivelyimprove the clinical effect,reduce albuminuria,improve the kidney function and delay the progression ofchronic kidney disease.
