接骨七厘片联合塞来昔布在老年股骨颈骨折术后患者早期康复中的应用研究  

Study on Application of Jiegu Qili Tablets Combined with Celecoxib in Early Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients After Surgery for Femoral Neck Fracture

摘　　要：目的:观察接骨七厘片联合塞来昔布治疗对老年股骨颈骨折术后患者早期康复的影响。方法:选取94例老年股骨颈骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。2组均给予闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗,对照组术后予以塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予接骨七厘片治疗,2组均治疗14 d,随访3个月。比较2组治疗前后疼痛程度、肿胀度,随访3个月的髋关节功能优良率、并发症发生率,以及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分、肿胀度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组髋关节功能优良率91.49%,高于对照组74.47%(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组并发症发生率4.26%,低于对照组17.02%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率12.77%,与对照组8.51%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接骨七厘片联合塞来昔布治疗能有效减轻老年股骨颈骨折术后患者疼痛、肿胀程度,促进其髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生风险,安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Jiegu Qili Tablets combined with Celecoxib on early rehabilitation of elderly patients after surgery for femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 94 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation.The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules after surgery.The observation group was additionally treated with Jiegu Qili Tablets based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days and followed up for 3 months.The degree of pain and swelling before and after treatment,excellent rate of hip joint function and incidence of complications during 3 months of follow-up and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and degree of swelling in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of VAS and degree of swelling were lower than those inthe control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the excellent rate of hip joint function was 91.49% in theobservation group,higher than that of 74.47% in the control group (P<0.05). During 3 months of followup,the incidence of complications was 4.26% in the observation group,lower than that of 17.02% in thecontrol group (P<0.05). During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.77% in observationgroup, and was 8.51% in the control group, there being no significance in the difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jiegu Qili Tablets combined with Celecoxib can effectively alleviate the pain anddegree of swelling of elderly patients after surgery for femoral neck fracture,promote the recovery of hipjoint function,and reduce the risk of complications,with high safety.
