燥湿健脾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察燥湿健脾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:选择60例痰湿型PCOS患者,以随机数字表法分为中药组与西药组各30例。西药组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,中药组给予燥湿健脾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,并随访3个月。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、血清性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平及LH/FSH值。结果:治疗后,中药组临床疗效总有效率93.33%,高于西药组73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组经期延后、月经量少或闭经、呕恶痰多、胸胁满闷、神疲倦怠、带下量多评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),中药组上述6项中医证候评分均低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清FSH水平与治疗前比较,以及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组血清LH水平及LH/FSH值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),中药组血清LH水平及LH/FSH值均低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:燥湿健脾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗痰湿型PCOS疗效显著,有利于减轻患者的临床症状、改善性激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zaoshi Jianpi Decoction combined with Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with phlegm-damp type.Methods:A total of 60 patients with PCOS with phlegm-damp type were selected and divided into the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Zaoshi Jianpi Decoction combined with Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets.With a menstrual cycle as 1 course of treatment,both groups were treated for 3 courses and followed up for 3 months.The clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,levels of serum sex hormones including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),and LH/FSH value were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 93.33%in the Chinese medicine group,higher than that of 73.33%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of delayed menstruation,less menstrual blood or amenorrhea,vomiting and nausea and profuse phlegm,fullness and discomfort in the chest and hypochondrim,lassitude of spirit and fatigue,and excessive vaginal discharge in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above 6 TCM syndrome scores in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment and between the two groups,there were no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum FSH levels(P>0.05);the serum LH levels and LH/FSH values in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum LH level and LH/FSH value in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zaoshi Jianpi Decoction combined with Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets has a signi
