蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。治疗5 d后观察2组临床疗效、症状改善时间、细胞免疫功能及炎症指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平。结果:研究组总有效率为97.50%,对照组为82.50%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组退热时间、扁桃体红肿消退时间、咽痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组T淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且研究组上述各项T淋巴细胞水平改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CRP、WBC水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组CRP、WBC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效显著,可有效抑制机体炎症反应,改善机体免疫力,加速症状体征缓解。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid combined with western medicine for acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:A total of 80 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets,and the study group was additionally treated with Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid based on the treatment of the control group.After 5 days of treatment,the clinical effects,improvement time of symptoms,cellular immune function and levels of inflammatory indexes including white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.50%in the study group and 82.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The defervescence time,regression time of swelling in tonsil,and disappearing time of pharyngalgia in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in T-lymphocytes in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CD8^(+)levels were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);and the improvement of the above levels in T-lymphocytes in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and WBC in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of CRP and WBC in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid and Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets has a significant effect in treating children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reactions of the body,improve the immunity of the body,and accel
