余土根治疗血瘀痰凝型聚合性痤疮经验介绍

摘　　要：介绍余土根教授治疗聚合性痤疮的临床经验。余土根教授认为,聚合性痤疮为寻常痤疮之转归,长期失治误治,病邪久居不化则成顽痼,辨证分型以血瘀痰凝型为多,故以清热散结、活血养血为基本治疗原则,兼以补虚。创立以丹参为君,活血、清热、养血三管齐下的余氏消痤方。运用余氏消痤方联合口服盐酸多西环素,中西药联合治疗,攻补兼施。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Prof.YU Tugen in treating acne conglobata.Prof.YU believes that acne conglobata is the outcome of acne vulgaris,and due to chronic failed treatment and improper treatment,the pathogenic factors retain and do not transform,resulting in chronic persistence of the disease.The blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type is the most common one in terms of syndrome differentiation of the disease,and therefore,the basic therapeutic principles are clearing heat and dissipating masses,invigorating blood and nourishing blood,and also supplementing deficiency.Prof.YU founded YU's Xiaozuo Prescription with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the chief medicine and with the methods of invigorating blood,clearing heat and nourishing blood.He combines Chinese and western medicine and adopts treatment with both attack and supplementation,that is,YU's Xiaozuo Prescription and the oral administration of Doxycycline Hydrochloride,to treat the disease.
