摘　　要：目的 探讨华西心晴指数(HEI)量表在心血管慢性疾病患者不良负性情绪筛查中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2021年1月至2021年3月心血管内科191例心血管慢性疾病患者,采用HEI量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者进行问卷调查,评估并比较HEI量表、SAS联合SDS在心血管慢性病患者中的应用效果。结果 HEI量表与SAS联合SDS量表在心血管慢性病患者负性情绪方面具有较好的测评一致性(r=0.766,P <0.001),但与SAS联合SDS的测评时间相比,HEI量表的测评时间更短,且两者的测评时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=-56.067,P <0.001)。结论 HEI量表在测评心血管慢性病患者焦虑抑郁情绪方面具有较好的适用性,且与传统的SAS联合SDS相比,测评时间更短。Objective To explore the application effect of Huaxi Emotional-distress Index(HEI)in the screening of adverse negative emotions in patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 191 patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from January 2021 to March 2021.HEI scale,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate and compare the effects of HEI scale,SAS combined with SDS in patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases.Results The HEI scale and SAS combined with SDS scale have a good consistency in evaluating the negative emotions of patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases(r=0.766,P<0.001),but compared with SAS combined with SDS,the evaluation time of the HEI scale is shorter and the difference is statistically significant(t=-56.067,P<0.001).Conclusion The HEI scale has better applicability in evaluating anxiety and depression of patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases,and it takes less time than traditional SAS combined with SDS.
