稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗对冠心病室性心律失常患者临床疗效、心功能及hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、APN水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常(VA)患者对临床疗效、心功能及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、脂联素(APN)的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年2月在濮阳市安阳地区医院治疗的92例冠心病VA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(46例),对照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用稳心颗粒进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能及hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、APN水平。结果 治疗组治疗有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(82.61%);治疗后两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于治疗前,左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、心脏指数(CI)明显低于治疗前,且治疗组LVEF高于对照组,LVESV、CI明显低于对照组;治疗后两组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平明显低于治疗前,APN水平明显高于治疗前,且治疗组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,APN水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 冠心病VA患者给予稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善心功能及hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、APN水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,cardiac function,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and adiponectin(APN)levels of Wenxin granule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia(VA).Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and VA who were treated in Anyang District Hospital of Puyang City from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the treatment group was treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,and hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,and APN levels were compared of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(82.61%);after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the two groups was increased,the left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and cardiac index(CI)were decreased,LVEF in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,LVESV and CI were significantly lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were decreased,the levels of APN were increased,the levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of APN in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of Wenxin Granules and amiodarone in patients with coronary heart disease VA can improve clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function and the levels of hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and APN.
