加速康复理念在先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿围手术期护理过程中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 分析加速康复理念在先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿围手术期护理过程中的应用价值。方法 选择郑州市第二人民医院2020年1至2021年12月收治的98例先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿作为此次研究对象,采用区间随机法分组,49例纳入对照组,围术期接受常规护理;另49例纳入实验组,围术期接受加速康复护理。比较两组住院时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况、术后各时段疼痛评分、护理前后负性情绪评分及护理满意度评分。结果 实验组住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,实验组术后并发症发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(18.37%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后第1 d两组患儿视觉模拟疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术后第3 d、第9 d实验组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,实验组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 加速康复理念在先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿围手术期护理过程中具有极高的应用价值,可显著缩短术后恢复时间,预防术后并发症。Objective To study the application value of accelerated rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of children with congential cleft lip and palate deformity.Methods A total of 98 children with congenital cleft lip and palate deformity admitted to Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to random interval method,49 cases of receiving the routine care were set as control group;49 cases of receiving accelerated rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period were set as test group.The hospitalization time,wound healing time,postoperative complications,pain scores,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time in the test group were shorter than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rates in the test group(4.08%)were lower than control group(18.37%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day after surgery,visual analogue pain scores between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after 3d and 9d of surgery,the pain scores in the test group were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the implementation of care,the negative emotion scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after care,the anxiety and depression scores in the test group were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction scores in the test group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation concept has extremely high application value in the perioperative nursing of children with congenital cleft lip and palate deformity,which can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time,and preventing surgical complications.
