摘 要:目的 研究附子江西特色炮制品种“临江片”的炮制工艺,确定其最佳工艺参数。方法 采用正交设计试验法,考察因素以辅料生姜加入量,蒸制时间,干燥温度以及干燥时间为主,以附子中总生物碱、双酯型生物碱、单酯型生物碱以及浸出物的含量作为优选指标,用综合加权分析法优选出临江片的最佳炮制工艺。结果 通过正交试验,确定了临江片的最佳炮制工艺条件,即加入12%的生姜片,蒸制10 h后,在70℃下干燥4 h。结论 该炮制工艺方法明确,操作简便,可作为临江片炮制生产的工艺规范化参考。Objective To study the processing technology of linjiang slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with Jiangxi characteristic processing and to determine the best parameters.Methods The orthogonal design method was used in this test.Using ginger dosage,steaming time,drying temperature and drying time as factors.Taking total alkaloids,diester-type alkaloids,monoester-type alkaloids and extracts as optimizing targets.Selecting the optimum processing technology of linjiang slices by multi index comprehensive weighted scoring method.Results Orthogonal test showed the optimum condition of linjiang slices which was 12% of the ginger dosage,10h of the steaming time,70℃ of the drying temperature and 4 h of the drying time.Conclusion The processing method isclear and easy to operate,which can be used as a reference for standardization of the processing technology of linjiang Slices.
