中药联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童斑秃临床观察及对血清T淋巴细胞影响研究

摘　　要：目的 分析中药联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童斑秃的临床疗效及对血清T淋巴细胞的影响。方法 2020年6月至2022年6月江西省儿童医院收治的60例斑秃患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组予以复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组加用中药自拟补肾生发汤治疗,均持续用药12周。比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分、T淋巴细胞及不良反应发生情况。结果 连续治疗12周,治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,斑秃严重程度(SALT)评分、DLQI评分观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平观察组均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中药联合复方甘草酸苷片可提高儿童斑秃治疗效果,降低SALT评分,纠正机体免疫功能异常,减轻疾病对生活质量的影响,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of children with alopecia areata and the effects on serum T lymphocytes.Methods In this study,60 children with alopecia areata admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine self made bushen shengfa decoction on the basis of the control group,for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,DLQI score,T lymphocytes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After continuous treatment for 12 weeks,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the SALT score and DLQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)in the observation group were lower than in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of children with alopecia areata,reduce SALT score,correct the abnormal immune function,reduce the impact of the disease on the quality of life,safe and reliable.
