摘 要:目的 探讨功能动作训练在预防特勤疗养员军事训练伤中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月于疗养中心进行疗养的116例特勤人员作为研究对象,均为男性,采取随机数字表将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各58例。对照组采取常规方法训练,试验组采取功能动作训练,两组均持续训练15 d,并随访观察3个月。比较两组运动功能弱势评估、训练伤发生率、平衡功能、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果 试验组训练后功能性动作筛查(FMS)中深蹲、直线弓步蹲、肩部灵活性、跨栏步、主动直腿上抬、躯干稳定俯卧撑、旋转稳定评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组训练伤发生率为6.90%(4/58),低于对照组的20.69%(12/58),P<0.05;试验组训练后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组训练后生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)中社会功能、认知功能、躯体功能及心理状态维度评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 功能动作训练可预防特勤疗养员军事训练伤发生,有助于改善其平衡功能,提高疗养员睡眠质量,从而促进其生活质量提升。Objective To explore the effect of functional movement training in preventing military training injuries among secret service convalescents.Methods A total of 116 male secret service personnel who were convalescing in a convalescent center from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table,with 58 patients in each group.The control group received routine training,while the experimental group received functional movement training.Both groups continued training for 15 days,and were followed up for 3 months.The evaluation of motor functional weakness,the incidence of training injuries,balance function,sleep quality,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of deep squat,straight lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,hurdle step,active straight leg lift,trunk stable push ups,and rotational stability in the functional motion screening(FMS)after training in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of training injury in the experimental group was 6.90%(4/58),lower than 20.69%(12/58)in the control group,P<0.05;After training,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of social function,cognitive function,physical function,and psychological status in the comprehensive assessment questionnaire for quality of life after training(GQOL-74)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional movement training can prevent military training injuries in secret service convalescents,improve their balance function,improve their sleep quality,and promote their quality of life.
