沙疗结合康复训练和全息刮痧对军事训练所致急性踝关节损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 研究沙浴疗法结合复训练和全息刮痧对军事训练伤所致踝关节功能障碍者的治疗效果观察。方法 研究对象为某康复疗养中心收治的因军事训练伤导致踝关节功能障碍的官兵46例,入院时间为2021年1月至12月,通过前瞻性和半随机的方式,将其分为对照组23例与试验组23例,对照组行康复训练和中医全息刮痧,试验组在对照组基础上加沙浴疗法中半身埋沙治疗。结果 治疗2周和4周后,试验组视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,踝关节被动关节活动度大于对照组,踝关节功能评分(AOFAS)、Berg评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 沙浴疗法结合康复训练和全息刮痧对军事训练伤所致踝关节功能障碍者的治疗效果明显,可缓解疼痛程度,缩短治疗疗程,促进踝关节功能尽快康复。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of sand bath therapy combined with rehabilitation training and holographic scraping on patients with ankle joint dysfunction caused by military training injuries.Methods The subjects of the study were 46 officers and soldiers with ankle joint dysfunction caused by military training injuries admitted to a rehabilitation and recuperation center.The admission time was from January to December 2021.They were divided into a control group(23 cases)and an experimental group(23 cases)through a prospective and semi randomized approach.The control group received rehabilitation training and holographic scraping of traditional Chinese medicine,while the experimental group received sand bath therapy in addition to the control group.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the passive joint activity of the ankle joint was greater than that of the control group,and the AOFAS score and Berg score were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Sand bath therapy combined with rehabilitation training and holographic scraping has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with ankle joint dysfunction caused by military training injuries,which can alleviate the degree of pain,shorten the treatment course,and promote the recovery of ankle function as soon as possible.
