摘　　要：在莱州市永安街道海庙姜家村西北,曾经有一组占地40亩、规模宏大、气势雄伟的古建筑群——东海神庙,俗称海庙。东海神庙濒临莱州湾,是封建帝王的祭海圣地,它集古建、雕塑、绘画等艺术于一身,千余年来声名远播。自秦汉始,君王每每亲临或代祭至东海举行祀典,其规模之大、规格之高与泰山封禅和曲阜祭孔相当。《山左郡志》载:“甲天下者有三:兖曰阙里;济曰泰山;莱曰东海。”In the northwest of Haimiao Jiangjia Village,Yong'an ISub-district of Laizhou City,once stood a group of mag-nificent ancient buildings with an area of 40 acres.This is the Eastern Sea Temple,also known as Sea Temple.Adja-cent to Laizhou Bay,it is a sacred place for feudal emper-ors to offer sacrifices to the sea.As a building integrating ancient architecture,sculpture,painting,and other arts,this temple has been famous for over a thousand years.
