摘　　要：目的 建立艾多沙班药物利用评估(DUE)标准,为临床合理应用艾多沙班提供参考。方法 以艾多沙班说明书为基础,参考中华医学会、中国医师协会心律学专业委员会、美国血液学学会、欧洲心脏病学会等发布的相关指南和专家共识,通过专家咨询法,建立艾多沙班的DUE标准。采用回顾性研究法,对福建中医药大学附属人民医院2021年1月—2021年12月使用艾多沙班的住院患者病例进行用药指征、用药过程、用药结果的合理性点评。结果 建立的艾多沙班DUE标准分为三级,包括一级指标3项,二级指标15项、三级指标58项。共纳入使用艾多沙班的病例123例,其中不合理用药83例(67.5%),集中在药物相互作用(60.2%)、用法用量(45.5%)和药物转换(24.4%)等方面。结论 建立的艾多沙班DUE标准科学、实用、可行,评估结果系统直观,可为临床合理用药及处方点评提供参考依据。AIM To establish drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for edoxaban,and to provide reference for rational clinical application of edoxaban.METHODS Based on the instructions of edoxaban,DUE of edoxaban were established with reference to clinical practice guidelines and expert consensus issued by Chinese Medical Association,Cardiology Committee of Chinese Medical Association,American Society of Hematology,European Society of Cardiology,etc.A retrospective study was conducted to evaluate the rationality of drug indications,drug use process and drug use results of the inpatients who used edoxaban from January 2021 to December 2021 in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.RESULTS The DUE of edoxaban was divided into three levels,including 3 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes and 58 third-level indexes.A total of 123 cases of using edoxaban were included,83 cases(67.5%)of rrational drug use,focusing on drug interaction(60.2%),usage and dosage(45.5%)and drug conversion(24.4%).CONCLUSION The established DUE of edoxaban is scientific,practical and feasible,and the evaluation results are systematic and intuitive,which can provide reference for clinical rational drug use and prescription evaluation.
