摘　　要：梳理呈现景德镇陶溪川陶机厂片区城市更新的总体设计策略及成果,从产业与功能策划角度入手,通过价值评估确定留改拆策略、避免大拆大建;采用新旧融合的建筑与环境适应性改造以融入城市;多样协调的活力界面和场所营造为多元艺术人群搭建生活舞台,以推动工业片区乃至城市更新的可持续、高质量发展。This paper examines and presents the general design strategies and accomplishments in the urban regeneration of the Taoxichuan Ceramic Machinery Factory District:determination of the strategies of preservation,renovation or demolition based on value assessment from an industry and function programming perspective,adoption of adaptive renovation of both buildings and the built environment by blending new with old to integrate into the city,construction of diverse and harmonious vitality edges and provision of livelihood stage for various groups of artists to promote sustainable and high-quality development of the industrial quarter and the entire urban regeneration.
