摘  要:时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)是一种利用稀土元素荧光特性为基础的检测方法。稀土元素的荧光寿命长且不易被其他荧光影响,使TRFIA具有灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好的特点,并在诊断检测领域广泛应用。阐述了TRFIA的原理,并围绕其材料、技术以及与其他检测方法结合应用等方面探讨了TRFIA的最新进展,同时介绍了TRFIA在疾病诊断、食品检测及环境监测的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA)is a detection method based on the fluorescence characteristics of rare earth element.Because rare earth element has a long fluorescence lifetime and is not easily affected by other interfering fluorescence,and TRIFIA has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high specificity and good stability.At present,TRFIA is widely used in the field of diagnosis and detection.This study expounded the principle of TRFIA,and discussed the development of TRFIA in recent years which contained its materials,technology and application in combination with other detection methods.Meanwhile,this study also elaborated the application of TRFIA in disease diagnosis,food detection and environmental monitoring,and prospected to its development.
