摘　　要：紫癜性肾炎是过敏性紫癜导致的肾脏损害,临床多见血尿、蛋白尿等表现,常伴有扁桃体反复感染及肿大,现代医学研究认为扁桃体切除术对其治疗有效。中医学“咽肾相关”理论认为,扁桃体病变与紫癜性肾炎病情变化极具相关性。中医烙法广泛应用于慢性扁桃体疾病,能有效缓解患者咽喉症状,消除炎症反应,保留扁桃体的免疫调节与防御功能,故对紫癜性肾炎的治疗有重要意义。Henoch-Sch nlein purpura(HSP)nephritis is kidney damage caused by allergic purpura.It is commonly manifested by hematuria,proteinuria,and often accompanied by recurrent infections and swelling of the tonsils.Modern medical research suggests that tonsillectomy is effective in treating HSP nephritis.According to the“throat-kidney correlation”theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),tonsil lesions are closely related to changes in HSP nephritis.Cauterization,a widely used therapy in TCM for chronic tonsillitis,can effectively alleviate throat symptoms,eliminate inflammatory responses,and retain the immune regulation and defense functions of the tonsils.Therefore,it is of great significance for the treatment of HSP nephritis.
