摘　　要：溯源古籍文献,分析“肝肾同源”理论与早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)病因病机的关系,荟萃医家医案经验及“肝肾同源”理论指导下的临床治疗效果,探索中医药防治POI的有效方案,发挥中医药独特优势,为临床有效防治POI提供借鉴及理论参考。By tracing ancient books and documents,analyzing the relationship between the theory of"homogeny of liver and kidney"and the cause,the pathogenesis of POI,the paper assembles the experts'experience and clinical therapeutic effects under the guidance of the theory of"homogeny of liver and kidney",and explores the effective scheme of preventing and treating POI with traditional Chinese medicine,developing the unique advantages of TCM,to provide the reference and theoretical reference for clinical effective prevention and treatment of POI.
