摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药蛇白柏洗液治疗肾虚湿热型老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将老年性阴道炎患者160例采取多中心随机方法分为治疗组82例与对照组78例,治疗组予自制蛇白柏洗液阴道冲洗,对照组予甲硝唑栓置于阴道后穹隆处,治疗7天后比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、阴道健康评分、实验室指标及阴道镜下阴道黏膜变化情况,同时观察远期疗效及主要兼症改善率和复发率。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);阴道健康评分、阴道清洁度、阴道镜下阴道黏膜均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制蛇白柏洗液可减轻肾虚湿热型老年性阴道炎患者临床症状,改善阴道分泌物的实验室指标、改善阴道黏膜充血,且安全性高,复发率低,效果优于甲硝唑栓。Objective:To observe clinical effects of selfmade Shebaibai lotion in the treatment of senile vaginitis of kidney deficiency damp-heat pattern.Methods:All 160 patients were divided into 82 cases of the treatment group and 78 cases of the control group using multicenter randomization approach,the treatment group accepted vaginal douche of selfmade Shebaibai lotion,and the control group intravaginal metronidazole suppositories,after seven days of treatment,to compare clinical effects,TCM syndrome integrals before and after the treatment,vaginal health score,lab indexes and the changes of the vaginal mucosa under the colposcopy between both groups,meanwhile to observe long-term results,the improvement rate and relapse rate of the main accompanied symptoms.Results:After the treatment,TCM syndrome integrals in both groups were reduced compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);vaginal health scores,vaginal cleaning degree and the changes of the vaginal mucosa under the colposcopy were improved compared to these before the treatment(P<0.05),the improvements of the treatment group were better than these of the control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selfmade Shebaibai lotion could relieve clinical symptoms in the treatment of senile vaginitis of kidney deficiency damp-heat pattern,improve lab indexes of vaginal secretion and vaginal mucosal congestion with high safety and low recurrence rate,and its effects superior to these of metronidazole suppositories.
